Terms of Use

By accessing or using StudyH, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. To use features that need an account, give true information, keep your data up to date and protect your credentials. You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account and must tell us if you suspect improper access.

• The plans, prices, duration, included features and commercial conditions are those shown at checkout at the time you subscribe.
• Payment by card may create a recurring subscription. You can cancel the renewal through the channels provided.
• Payment by PIX, available with Brazilian bank accounts, is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Access ends according to the period contracted.
• Taxes, fees and conditions that actually apply will be shown before the purchase is confirmed, where relevant.

The current offer provides for cancellation and refund within 7 days, according to the conditions shown when you subscribe and the rights that apply. The request must be sent through the support channel. Cancelling the renewal prevents future charges when processed in time, but it does not automatically turn a payment already made into a refund.

You keep the rights over the materials, texts, answers and other content you upload or create. You grant StudyH a limited, non-exclusive license, as necessary, to host, process, synchronize, display and make that content available only to operate and provide the service.

You declare that you have permission to use the material you upload and you are responsible for third-party content, copyright and permissions. Do not upload unlawful content, third-party confidential content or material that infringes rights without permission.

You may not use StudyH to:

• commit unlawful acts, fraud, harassment, threats or infringe rights;
• overload, destructively test, interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the platform;
• extract secrets, keys, credentials, internal prompts or non-public information;
• get around limits, controls, payments, authentication or technical restrictions;
• copy, resell, automate or exploit the service in a way that is incompatible with these terms or with the law.

AI features may contain errors, omissions, bias or inadequate interpretations. Generated content is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice; it is not an official exam, a certification, a guarantee of learning or a guarantee of results. Use StudyH as support and check your sources.

StudyH does not promise that an uploaded material will be transcribed or transformed without error, or that an automatic evaluation will replace the judgment of the student, the teacher or the responsible institution.

StudyH depends on the external providers below for specific functions. Failures, maintenance, API changes or third-party unavailability may affect the service.

• Supabase: authentication, application database and storage.
• Stripe: card payments.
• AbacatePay: PIX payments.
• PostHog: analytics, when configured.
• Resend: transactional email.
• Deepgram: online audio transcription.
• Provedor externo de processamento de IA: content generation and evaluation when you use AI features.

The content needed for generation or evaluation is sent to the external AI processing provider to perform the request. The provider's retention and processing rules are in the Privacy Policy.

We may limit, suspend or end access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, breach of these terms, legal requirement or protection of the service and third parties. You may stop using StudyH and ask for cancellation through the available channels.

Cancelling a plan or no longer using the service does not automatically delete the account or the materials. To ask for access, correction or deletion of data, use the channel in the Privacy Policy or write to contact@studyh.tech.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, the plans, the providers or the law. The version in force will be published on this page.
