When Obsidian is the better fit
If you like building your own system, want your files under your control and live on notes linked to each other, Obsidian is excellent. With plugins you can build flashcards and review, but the tuning is yours.
When StudyH is the better fit

Does my data stay with me in each one?

Can I use both?
